Imhoff Distillery

Awesome Spirits (Grab a bottle)

Our product range is deliberately small as befits a craft distillery. Each spirit has a clear purpose, an honest method and a connection to the Cape. Whisky, brandy and rum will form the heart of our long-term maturation programme, supported by distinctive gin and vodka spirits.

Enjoyable Experiences (Taste great spirits)

The adjacent Bottelary where we age and bottle the spirits, is the base for a range of fascinating and enjoyable tasting experiences, sales, and tours.
Come for a tasting or a tour, and spend a little time under the trees discovering the spirits that reflect the heritage of this historic farm, and shaped by local character.
