For more than 20 years, Greg Sandrock and The Cornerstone Agency have partnered with ProAg to serve farmers and ranchers. Over the years, they’ve shared a commitment to education, service and doing what’s right for customers.

As mergers and acquisitions reshaped the marketplace, Greg’s relationship with ProAg began during a period of consolidation in the crop insurance industry.

Over the years, one thing has remained constant: a customer-first mindset. “We share the same values,” Greg said. “Educating our clients, prioritizing customer service and helping farm families get back on their feet when storms and claims occur.” That shared mindset has strengthened a partnership that continues to grow today.

When asked what has made the biggest difference over the years, Greg points to the people behind the organization. “There have been many folks along the way who have impacted our agency’s success,” he said. “I especially appreciate Kendall Jones and her team for caring the way they do and being available when needed. I also want to recognize the adjusting team that responds when weather hits and helps keep clients informed.”

One story stands out above all others. It isn’t a single claim or event, but a pattern that has repeated itself throughout his career. “When a farm operator calls at 5:00 in the morning because they’re worried, stressed and unsure what comes next, you realize the importance of having a dependable AIP behind you,” Greg said. “I’ve texted adjusters at 5:00 a.m. and called supervisors late at night, and they respond because they care.”

For Greg, that dependability can be summed up in one word: consistency. “Our farm clients need dependability and consistency,” he said.
